          Hi,

Does NUSH use the same secondary Chinese text books as the other schools?

Hello, GP in itself is an A-level subject, and since NUS High does not take A-level, it does not take GP. That being said, English at senior years (4~6) do follow the GP requirements broadly. You can expect that English standard will not be compromised due to being a maths and science school.

Students do not need a laptop per se, however it is greatly advantageous to have one. Having a laptop will help in things such as group projects, presentations, assignments, etc.

True for Maths & 3 Sciences, eg, for Maths, almost all schools, including IP schools, take 4 years to complete both E Maths & A Maths syllabus, at NUSH, it takes 3 years to complete the syllabus. At Year 4, students will be learning H2 (JC level) Maths topics.
