Even though I don’t particularly love Mrs Cheng, I appreciate her efforts in nurturing NJ for the past 12 years. I guess I will feel weird without her next year…

12 years!!! It's a long time!!! She has indeed done a lot for the school to bring the school to the current state...
Wonder how the change of principal will change the school...
Will there be a cultural change? Yearly intake increase?

              One parent asked during q & a :-
Why njc seem to prefer take in more girls, than boys ?

The staff replied that njc don't choose.
But perhaps the girls tend to mature faster, done well at Psle.
              So ratio about (60 % girls, 40 % boys) @njc.

as why the ratio of girls to boys is 2:1 ...
He replied that generally girls do much better than the boys at PSLE....πŸ˜‰

Kindly refrain from making such remark like this, in a public forum.
To me, they are uncalled for.
Your words speak of scorn & disdain.

                        May I know -
                        A) What is your purpose behind, of you seizing the opportunity here, to laugh at people, mocking at people, enjoy making fun of people to look silly, or ridicule other people, attacking other forum users, with such mean, sarcastic, irrelevant & unkind remarks -
When parents here just openly, willingly share info with one another, of what happen today, at njc touring campus day, 19th october ?
Your remarks bear scorn & disdain.

                        B) in the first place, ask yourself :-
are your remarks being made relevant -
to the title of this thread, \"national junior college \" ?
I fail to see how so. In fact, they are totally uncalled for.

                        C)
what makes you assume or jump to the conclusion so quickly, that I go there, because of my p1 daughter ? Why do you assume that it has 100 % , to do with my child ? Why must you lump everything, or associate everything, to my kid ?

Do you know me well personally well enough, to jump to a conclusion like this ?
                        i don't even know you.
                        Learn a lesson today, \"do not assume\".
                        It is not wise.

                        D) have I done anything wrong to you, or has my p1 child ever done you anything wrong, or ever stepped on your toes before - to make you humiliate me with remarks like this, in a public forum ? I said I Do not know you. But is it likely or possible that you know me (while I still do not know who you are ?)

                        Actually, I fail to understand.
What is it that you are so unhappy about, just because I attend njc open house Day ? What has my child got to do with you, in the first case ?
Do you know my daughter ? What are you unhappy about, with me, or with my child ?
                        :?

                        E)
                        In future -
Before you start to humiliate others or mock others (be it verbally or penning down through your thoughts), guard your action.
                        Have a pure heart.

\"A scoffer does not like to be reproved ; he will not go to the wise\".
