I remember that my mum gave me my aunty’s clothes (My aunty was in Uni when I was in P6) to wear when I was a teenager. Looked so ugly and old fashioned on me.

They may make her look older than her age. My students buy from bugis street, cotton on and random pushcart stalls..
Zara, Stradivarius, Mango, Mphosiskittycat01:
I know this is abit off topic. But dun noe which thread to post this
But after the psle wanted to shop for dd's clothes - she has outgrown most of them - especially jeans. Problem is she is not a kid nor adult. I find it very hard to find teenage jeans/clothes. Either clothes too matured or kiddy, and either too small or too big.
Any one knows where to find All Teenage Clothes??? -

Oh I love Zara's clothes for young teens!! Makes me wish I have a daughter so I can buy all those gorgeous stuff! The quality is good and the stitching is well done too.

I don't really like street clothes or loud colors. -

A bit too mature for post-PSLE gal right? However abt TopShop (but acquired taste), H&M (Level 2 teens), TRF (Zara teens) and Forever21 :)[/quote]

My 11 yo is wearing Zara for teens and Stradivarius. Mango has basic tees. All very apt for teens, I feel. Her favourite pair of skinny jeans is from mphosis.
Even her tuition classmates asked where she bought her clothes LOL
regardless of label, need choose appropriate design of course
By the way, cotton on quality not very good. I bought one so far and the thread came off after one wash. Never tried push cart though -
Fox for casual wear, to add to gap, Zara teens already mentioned.
Some girls like Korean frilly dresses but I think not many can carry off the kawaii look. I personally prefer casual chic for teens. Mini denim skirt, boots… -
Forgot to add, nike and addidas has nice sporty sweet colour tees too. Won’t be boyish as they have ladies tees. Again, choose appropriate designs
