I am staying within 1Km to westgrove & Westwood (JW) but under phase 2C.
I am also under Phase 2A2 to Keming Primary school but located at Bukit Batok.

2013 Westwood has balloting for SC within 1KM, & Westgrove has ballot for SC residing 1-2KM.

Which one should i have higher chance for my first born DS if i’m going for home distant
?

if it's NOV 2013 to DEC 2015...then the holding period should be NOV 2013 to DEC 2015..(no ?).

I don't think you can get any suggestion here, because we don't have \"bad\" school in Singapore.

Yep, just for fun, so that I put the word like \"bad\". I mean there're some very popular schools that local parents extremely want and not much for the others. I know Singapore has a very good education before.
