      GLORYmum:

This year there were 4 scheduled time slots for the sec 2 boarding school experience.

      6 jan - 2 feb
      17 feb - 16 mar
      21 apr - 18 may
      11 aug - 6 sept

Cost at subsidized rate is 550 per student including full boarding and all programs.

      Thanks....
Wonder if the students are allowed to select the time slots and room mates ?

With SIA being pulled out into a subject, may I know what are the changes to the weightages next year. (for next year Sec 2)

                  Thanks!

                    correction on this.

every student allowed to choose one buddy as room mate.
for air con rooms, you and your buddy will share it with two others.
for non-air con rooms, you and your buddy will enjoy the room to yourselves šŸ™‚

                      hi,

thought SIA is not included in the MSG calcuation? It will be graded by distinction, merit and pass.

                        Hello Glorymum,

That's right. Starting next year SIA will be an individual subject and not included in MSG calculation whereas this year it is a 20% component (CA1 20% CA2 20% SIA 20% SA 40%) . Thus, I was wondering how the weightages will be like next year (e.g CA1 25% CA2 25% SA 50% - just a guess). I guess we just have to be patient. Info will be released next year. šŸ™‚

Thank you so much for taking time to reply.

                        Best Regards.
