      Lucky:
Yes, as far as I know, need to buy both sets.

Just curious, what is the logic to buy both sets? Shouldnt higher chinese already cover the main chinese?

biceps has a separate booklist, and bicep is having HCL

in mainstream booklist, both HCL and CL textbooks are included with the denotation that HCL are for those taking HCL only. It did not indicate whether those taking HCL need to buy the CL text as well. IMO, I do not think it make any sense to buy both HCL and CL. I am asking DS to check with his teacher tomorrow.

heard a rumor that for mainstream P4 going to P5, the allocation of class is purely by ranking of total marks, strength and weakness in certain subjects are no longer a factor.

            Is this true?

Hi tankee, ds has been selected for gep. Could you give us some advice on Tao Nan's GEP program? For eg, how many days in a week do they have to stay back for extra/enrichment classes? School workload/projects etc.

With regard to Bicep, does he have to go thru test/interview to be selected? For GEP bicep classes, are they held during curriculum hours or do they have to stay back after school?

Do you think gep is a good prog? Sorry for this 'big' question. 'cos we are caught off guard abt this gep selection. we know next to nothing abt it...

Any advice is much appreciated! :thankyou:
