if she is proven to be mentally unstable, does it mean that she will not be charged or she will be given a lighter sentencing?
From the article, she came to Singapore alone. And she performed this \"stunt\" right before her flight departure. Is it an intentional move to prolong her stay?
Strange that \"they\" always acted \"strangely\" before their departure. Remember the one who hijacked the cab at Budget Terminal and killed the poor innocent cleaning supervisor... sigh!
Always wonder for all these cases, how will they be sent back? using our taxpayers' $? -
