Will you be able to let me take a look (i.e. e-mail me) at the Normal Chinese and Higher Chinese SA2 papers when you receive them today?

We need to decide whether to let my son take HMT next year. So, I would like to gauge the level of difficulty of Higher Chinese vis-a-vis Normal Chinese.

Would appreciate it very much if you could help me.

Any parents encounter problem ordering textbooks online from pacific bookstores? After I selected the pri sch, I can’t select the level and so on. Been trying to order online since last week and seems like still not working.

Yes for pri 1, I already had the book list last month.[/quote]Was at the school bookstore just now. Asked the sales assistant about your query. She said you may want to try again two days later. She needs to get her boss to approve the list before you can see it online. Hope this helps.

no worries. We had quite bad experience with the bookstore past few years.
Anyway, the sales assistant said she just received the book list last Fri afternoon, she needs to do some admin work and get her boss to approve it before you can see it online. Anyway, the P1 books have already arrived.

really? I did not keep track of passt year trends. But I think the teachers have a reason for doing this. It is a critical year and the kids need a solid foundation otherwise they will have a tough time in p6.
