Hi Y1 moms, PSG is going to be around this Saturday during Principal's talk. You can register at the stalls and volunteer for specific activities. They have a great core committee - have met some of them - and lots of new activities that will come under the purview of the PSG, so there's a lot to be done. Also, members get to meet Dr. Ong in a special tea session arranged for the PSG - on the 2nd I think. Unfortunately I may not be able to make it on Saturday, but hopefully will touch base with you all about what's happening! Have fun...thanx much, harini, for ur well wishes.

How r the boys coping after 3 weeks in ACS(I)?? Mine's having a lot of fun .
Some homework on most days but nothing too much to handle or too tight a timeline. Happy making friends and discovering new routes (and getting lost). We r still figuring out the route to the MOELC and I really find that place is not very well connected. We will try and taxi pool to the class next week, but coming back home is still too 'around-the world' - sighhhh ...
Next Saturday is the Parent teacher meeting - looking forward to meeting the teachers and other parents.

My DS told me CCA posting result has not released yet. Anyone here know when it is going to be posted? Cause he needs to adjust his 3rd language time if conflict with CCA.
DS is happy that he has good classmates in ACSI. He loves to go to school everyday because of that although he is just 3 weeks there. -
Any of u joining PSG? There is a tea session with Dr Ong on Tuesday from 6-8 pm. Anyone going for that ?

My DS also said the CCAs are not yet known, except for those who took sports. The sports CCAs have already started their trainings. Looks like ur boy is also settling in well and enjoying with his friends .

My DS has never been happier at school!
Loves his class, loves his school, loves his CCA (sports).
But I think reality will hit soon, work n projects will start piling in. Still, its great that they are all so happy. When they are happy, they'll be willing to work hard
