Yeah, that works too. On a usual bout' of flu kinda week,

we have the aromatherapy oils lit up outside in our living
room area... yes, with eucalyptus oil as well. Helps everyone
at one go with cool breathing space. I'm sure TLC is all she needs
just like my DD2. Breathing under my arm(pit)... she loves sleeping
on my arm... sez it's meaty... πŸ˜› But it does seem to work well on her
flu nights just fine. Mother's special scent... sure can work wonders.

      Nightie night, Andaiz. :hugs:

      Me logging off too. Muacks!

        Andaiz:
I usually put the eucalyptus oil in the air purifier...but think this one needs her TLC lah! Good night all!

G'nite. Just put DS back to sleep. Throwing tantrums in his sleep. Blocked nose oso. Rubbed cherry vicks lah. Apparently, he's been traumatised by the fact that DH brought him to Turf City to see cars 2day but did not accede to his request to bring him to his tot's gym to look look ard. He misses it lah. DH told DS cannot, another day because DS was goyang (sleepy). Since then, he's been harping abt gym gym and gym. Haiz ... Hope he doesn't wake up again.

Me another nite owl of sorts I guess. With kids taking up all my time in the evening till them finally falling asleep at 11pm, I will catch up on my work or reading only after that. So by the time I go to bed it's 2am.

But you will hardly find me in KSP at such times cos this is my alone time or me and hubby time πŸ˜‰

My sleep pattern like Andaiz's, wake up every other hour. Dunno why.

New year's resolution, to sleep by 12. Heheh. Nah never gonna happen.

Hi there Funz, my sleeping pattern is not exactly optimal but I get by (then gotta use GXXXXXX roller pen to try and \"erase\" dark circles hahah!)

Good resolution to have given that the body rejuvenates itself - or so the wellness circle ppl tell us  - from 11pm to 3 am - most optimally πŸ˜‰

The big IF is still out there! :celebrate:

                    Hi Blobbi,

Same same here. Sometimes I fall asleep while accompany my kids on bed... so sleep about 9pm.

Heard that the best sleeping hours is between 10pm to 2am (for beauty purpose)... so die die must sleep around that particular hours . πŸ˜› πŸ˜‰

Wake up at around 230am to study my ACCA course... 😒 but then sometimes asleep till morning (530am) :stupid:

Heehee, nite owl?? Me?? :? During one period of time (a few months), consider myself as nite owl only on friday & saturday nite. As a FTWM with 2 DS, I juggled on major housework (tidy up house, sweep & mop floor) & idling in kSP at wee hours on the specific nite. But somehow as age catching up, I don't have to stamina to do so. I barely just hit over mid 30s, and i can feel the drastic change in my stamina. Younger day like just hit 30s, not as bad; 5 years later, it got :!: I heard ppl saying when we hit mid 30s, we can feel that our health change, when hit 40s, it gets worse 😞

During weekday nite, I can't bring myself to stay up as late as 12am. There is a few adhoc cases where I really have no choice. Average, I have like 8 hours of sleep a day, but morning woke up still feel :snooze: Guess i dreamt too much liao...That's why dun have a GOOD sleep though i sleep sufficient hours.. 😐

Due to recent spring cleaning for cny, I forced myself to do it during the wee hours as no disturbance from kids and weather is cooler at nite. Realised myself have temper when doing major housework in the day, esp hot afternoon. And guess what, end up waking up 5am in the morning, instead of my original plan which should have started like 11pm or 12 am. All because my body gets attracted to my bed.

Since i can't stay up late in weekday, i really look forward when i can resume as previous to stay up late in weekend, which i really enjoy and  TIME ALONEEEEE..... :celebrate:

I think I am considered as a nite owl.

Kids finish their homework/ revision by 10pm. After which I will start to log on to the computer to check emails (as my boss is based in US and most of my counterparts too). Besides that, i will also check on US share market.

Recently… I also like to watch "The gem of life???" on SCV. Can only catch the 12am timing so I can only sleep by 1am. I am trying to keep my eyes open now…
