I’m kind of glad to know there is nap time allocated. The main concern or uneasiness still closing time. Kids will be waiting at foyer as early as 6.10pm. Then they will be pushed to main gate at 6.30pm. Although grace period of 10min will be given till 6.40pm, kid will still need to stand and wait for about half an hour

Will counter check closing hour in other proteach branches (esp those in school, like compassvale, rosyth, etc), whether the closing hour is fixed by school as they mentioned in talk.

Hi all, I do have problem fetching my gal at 630pm too as I finished work at 6pm in town area . I did checked with Proteach and the reason they hav given was the security guard finished work at 630pm, thus Proteach has to end at this timing. The transport vendor was present during the registration and as it is not under his contract to fetch kids in the evening, he is trying to arrange another 'friend' vendor to pk the kids up at 630pm instead. However the cost will be much higher. The original cost for Sengkang area one and both way is $70 & $80 respectively. If transport is needed at 630pm then it will be separate charges by the 2 vendors i.e $140 for both way ($70 each way) Hope this info is useful to all 🙂

I was quoted a fee of $130 for one way. If I opt to take the evening transport, I would have to pay $70 for the way back to home after student care. So in total it's $200. Why such discrepancy? BTW, I am staying in Sengkang area.

Hi Ctmy, the fee was quoted by Henry from the transport vendor on the day of Pro-teach registration. You may want to call him to check. And he also mentioned that by this week, we should know the pick up time form home.

Thanks Just me CMC. The fee was quoted by Henry. Just felt that the bus fee was very steep. Tot it would be lower as there are more students now but it seemed that this was not the case.

Managed to check the proteach opening hour in wellington primary. It’s till 7pm. So, I think it’s highly depends on school closing hour. Maybe we should talk to principal and see whether the timing can be revised.

Had a chat with Peggy after the presentation. She said all the school based Pro teach ended at 7pm. Was told the problem lied in the security which they couldn’t work more than 12hrs. Hopefully the school could sort out the issue soon.

I think if i make it to fetch my boy up from the in house student care is also just nice 6.30pm. I can’t imagine if i missed bus or got stuck in the jam ? After picking up the pri one son i have to rush down to cc to pick up my younger son before 7pm. Any parents here stay near rivervale plaza and send kids to palm view pri.
