      Hi hi,

I have been using Philips Air Fryer for 1.5 yrs. No regrets, and still exploring ways to cook different dishes. Recently I tried to bake muffins with it, even though I've never bake anything before. It was very easy to use and my muffins taste good.
For easy cleaning, I bought aluminium steam rack from NTUC, the 1 which is in dome shape when it is closed and can be open into a plate size. I put aluminium foil on top of it when I fried frozen food and change the foil when it gets dirty.

As a working mum, this fryer helps to shorten my preparation time for dinner.
Try not to use aluminum foil during cooking or baking as it is not safe for your health. Use baking cookie sheets instead.

Thanks for the tips. I too use aluminium foil and try to spray some olive oil on it so that the food do not stick

For baking cookie sheet , do you mean baking paper like tracing paper? Where can I buy this? and can I spray oil on it.

There are some health concerns abt baking sheets as well so pick the right ones.

The coating at the base of the airfryer has peeled off at 3 small spots. I have it for barely a year & only use it to airfry chicken mostly. Why is the material so lousy ah?

a bread toasted in air fryer is nicer than toaster.

I learnt it from the Philips promoter…she did a demo and since then I have been eating toast bread done this way…very easy. set 200 degrees. spread margarine and sprinkle sugar. fold it. toast for 4 min. the bread is perfectly toasted. now can save on kaya toast.

                  My dinner tonight:

                  Honey fried chicken.
                  Boiled spinach.

Instead of deep fry the chicken, I fried my whole house and floor too! My hair and whole body smelt oily chicken. I will never fry chicken anymore. Waste my time and strength as after dinner i have to mop the floor and clean the whole kitchen. Kudos to those who can do it.
You might like to try using AF to fry the chicken.

GM, does the AF really produce fried stuff like those that are fried in oil? What is the compromise in taste like? Very little diff or discernable?

Did you try using AF? I am skeptical about AF. Wonder how is the taste like?
