I am wondering if any of the parent here did Appeal for their child to enter NJC ?
what will be the chances ? Now NJC is opened for Appeal and I am thinking to submit the appeal for my DD.

For AEP art, does it take up a lot of time ?

Do NJC students actually have time for tuition? Upper JH some more...

Hi Phankao, is this a question or statement ? If her LA is weak, we have to do something to help. So tot tuition may help ? Are you saying JH3 is going to be a very very hectic year so much so there will be no extra time for tuition ?

I do not hv any recommendation for LA.

My boy felt that reading widely would help in LA and if engaging a tutor or tuition centre svc, then shld look for tactics in compreh n essay writing.

I just called the sch general office, appeal already started since 22nd Nov

Go to the sch website to read the following:

PSLE students: Appeals for NJC IP Junior High 1 2014


22nd Nov 13




Appeals for admission to NJC IP Junior High 1 2014 are now on!



The appeal period is from Friday 22 Nov 2013 to Monday 23 Dec 2013 5pm.



Only official online appeals within the appeal period will be accepted. Late appeals will not be entertained.



Please do NOT submit an appeal if you already have a place in another school under DSA, as it will not be accepted.



Please follow the instructions on the form for filling in your details, and for submission.



Please Click HERE for the online appeal form.





Upon submission of the online appeal, kindly submit a set of supporting documents (PSLE result, school results (P5 and P6 only), CCA records, and any certificates or testimonials) by 23 Dec 5pm to the General Office. Only appeals with supporting documents will be considered.



You will be notified of appeal results latest by 31 Dec 2013. The school term begins on Monday 06 Jan 2014 for NJC.

Sorry, I am confuse, since the posting result is not out yet. Why appeal? No one know whether the child can get in or not. Maybe can get in leh. Since alot predicting that COP may drop. So isn’t it funny if all starting to appeal before posting is out?

No need to be confused.

When we were at SJI, the appeal process for affiliated boys had also started.

I guess the school just wanted to speed up the documents submission process so that appeal cases can be attended immediately once S1 posting is out. Results of appeal can be known early too.
