Aaaah, see... you're out of your shell now.

It's all for the mah-ney.. since the girls have
started it, the boys too have since caught on.

We have student dancers turn night strippers
and then followed on with just the services,
since it's easier.

It's really not uncommon now. And it freaks
the hell out of me. Having 2 girls myself, this
trend is very unbecoming. Some kids seriously
need to be leashed! :!: The number of liberal sweet
young things posting up their nude or in skimpy clothing
or coverings are rising in blogs, social networks and various
other media, some even advertising services on free ad services.

It's really scary..

During my sec sch days, we already hear

of schoolmates being part-time social escorts…

So, fast forward to the NOW (future), the nature
of similar jobs just got easier and pays better…

Yikes! Thanks for the headsup. I will definitely keep a look out for my boys and girls. Scare the wits out of me...

I have not read fashion magazines for decades now. Picked up one at the salon last week. I must say I was appalled by the contents! :!: :scared:

Ya loh. Now you understand why if there

isn't demand, there wouldn't be any supply? 😛

so these publications fuel that demand by supplying more titilating stuff... downward spiral right?

Think it boils down to the same thing we were talking about earlier...it's all around. It just takes steel-y willpower to walk away!

Don't ever wish for it. There is always two sides of a coin.
During my sec sch days, we already hear
of schoolmates being part-time social escorts..
So far none of my school mate. But it was my close friend, a neighbour from the same block did it. Very sad. We grew up together but later chose different secondary school. She can easily blend in with my school friends and I even invited her to stay with my relatives in KL. But when I met her group of friends, I have to pull myself back. We tried (his parents, my parents, myself) but we fail to save her. My parents are still in touch with her family and I do hope to see her someday.

The very reason I am very fussy when placing my kids in school. Even then, I will aim to try to send and fetch them everyday.

So for all the temptations in the world, who cares, I have bigger problem in my hands.

Hi Insider,

Enjoyed your post about your P1 son having an admirer, your 18 years old daughter turning down a boy who liked her, and your son who disregards many girls who want his attention for the right one.

I hope that my children can be so sensible and selective, especially in their teenage years!

Like to ask… how did you inculcate the thinking in your children, to see the shallowness of teenage romances, to wait for the right person whom they want, and to realize that there are other matters e.g. achievements, opportunities more important than BGR?

There must be something that you did or said, that taught them?

Thanks for your sharing!
