Yup yup, some parents that I know of think like us too...sad to say, not all are aware about the non SAP school don't take HMT as additional subject thingy.
If I am not wrong, GESPS offers HCL to selected group of students from P2 onwards. These students take HCL for their exams, in addition to the Normal Chinese papers. So, I guess it depends on the school. But for RMPS' case, the MT HOD specifically mentioned that all students from P1-P4 take only Normal Chinese for their exams because it was not a SAP school. -

Dear Parents
My son is going P1 next year. Maybe know the recess timing for P1 and how long the recess be? -
This year’s P1 recess time is at 10.30am-11am. P1 is having recess together with P2. The students are told to be in the hall by 10.55am

Thanks brainiac. That’s very short including time to buy and eat.

I think for years recess timing had been half an hour. It is much better now compared to our time when the school had recess together. Currently 2 levels are having recess together at any one time. -

Seems like the school now has many young teachers (those who just graduated from NIE not long ago).
