Here's a little teaser shared with a bank officer when I went with DH to UOB to renew our FD account this morning.


DH: Do you have any ang pow packets to give away?
Bank Officer: We give them away from next week, when it's nearer to CNY. Pls come again next week to get them.
Bank Officer: BTW, your maturity date is xxxx and you may wish to come and renew your account on this date.
DH: Thanks and I see it's on my wife's birthday.
Bank Officer: You can come on your birthday.

Visited OCBC Sunday banking & they gave son calendar & 2 CNY decoratives. Entertained my son, gave goodies & drink. But of coz at the end of the day, passed me namecard. Hahahahhaah.
