I found out from the VP that the school does not have school bus service. Mummies have to make their own arrangement as with their current students, the mummies contact their own bus operators. Maybe parent group can more offer advice?[/quote]Hi

My DS is joining AHS sec 1 tis yr. We stay Bedok south n he walks to school every morn n enter the sch compound via the small gate at blk 75 Bedok north. Can any parents advise whether that gate is open at all times n is there any gate near Bedok north ?

Hi all parents, would like to check with u guys, how much allowance do u give yr kids? My ds will be sec 1 tmr, does any of yr kids already knw their classes they r allocated to cos we had just appealed successfully into the sch. Thanks.

My hubby checked the prices in the canteen. One plate meal cost around S$1.50-2.00. If they have to stay back, I will give my DD S$5 for 2 meals.

Hi! My ds is also sec 1 this yr. He prefers using DP 2: Side Gate (School field), same gate as yr son. That's the most convenient way to sch compared to DP 1: Outside Main Gate and blk 92, it's a flight of stairs leading to a slope. The gate was still opened when I went to fetch him ard 3.15pm ytd.

Don't think AHS has open house in May, mostly likely end of the year, as usual. They just had a carnival last mth (was open to public thou)
