Samy is at Dempsey, it's not all the way in with B&J, Jones etc. It's opp Oosh, near the main road as you drive into Dempsey via Holland Rd.

You know, I used to lurve curry fishhead. There was a stall along Katong (near Jago Close) that used to sell it, but the Ah Pek retired.


Anyway one day as I was staring lovingly at the dish just before eating, I suddenly couldn't stop staring at the eye of the fish. :!: After that, I stopped eating fishhead altogether.

There’s one stall located at Tanjong Pagar (the block of HDB where there is NTUC, opposite the famed Tanjong Pagar market) - 2nd floor, tucked in a coffeeshop (kinda below the interior designer shop - Carpenter’s workshop). The fish head is very nice (traditional chinese type)
