            I've used the following brands:

            1. Beauty with Cruelty (BWC) & Avalon Organics - both are available on http://www.iherb.com . Both brands are highly affordable and use organic ingredients. If you are comfortable with online shopping, iherb is great and I buy all my health supplements and shampoo & body wash from them. You can use the discount code LUY 703 if you are a first shopper.

            2. For locally available products, I've used A'kin which is more expensive. Their lemongrass shampoo works very well for oily scalp. But you take a while to get used to the smell. A'kin is available at some of the NTUC Unity pharmacies.

                Try ‘Sukin’ from Australia.

You can get it from Watson or Guardian.

May I know which ntuc sells the lemongrass shampoo?
