Hi, good day! I am new here, my girl is in sec 1 this year, has any parent decided which model of the Mac book you are going to purchase for your sec 1 girl? There are 5 models available now from RGS website, Prices are from S$1679 to S$2190 for online order. Parents and girls don't mind share your opinions? TIA

I think the $1,955 is good enough? The mac pro is heavier and the other $1,895 is only available in mar. What do u think?

Hi, has anyone noticed that the new school uniform is of lighter blue that is more similar to the IJ schools? Wonder if there is a change in colour or a mistake made by Bibi & Baba.

My dd form teacher told them that the school has requested for the change in color. The new uniform color is the 'pure/original RGS color'.

My dd also said that. It is now a Prussian Blue (has a tinge of purple) which is a specific RGS colour. Changed from this year.

We call it the badge initiation ceremony-when the year 1 girls pin on their RGS school badge for the first time!

It's on 9 Jan if i'm not wrong. (Because i am involved in the pinning )

Hi. I posed the same question earlier. My DD checked around and found out that her friend's FT said to wear pe t shirt and culottes. Maybe not all FTs informed their classes. Anyone else can confirm? Thanks!

If the girls haven’t gone thru the badge initiation ceremony they can’t wear their pinafores yet (as it’s incomplete without the badge). So culottes and pe t-shirt sounds right.
