              Thks mummydadeda n moonee.

I would look for new maid who don't mind $500 n weekly off.
My small household don't really need to pay $600 + weekly off maid.
So any good agent to recommend? Also any cctv contact?
Why dnt u try Indon, I m now using an Indon and her salary is 450 with one off day, she does not want to go out on her off day so stays at home and rest for an hour and do light housework. I rang one agent few months back and I think for Indons u need not pay full loan but just monthly check to whoever their supplier is, can give swift employment a call.

Actually depends not all agencies except post dated cheques, unless the agency is nice enuf to give you special arrangement lot … 😄 if you have lots of patience then take a fresh maid at least they can listen..no off day also ok ,but if you no patient then don't try, just take experience one…..myanmar oh godd ,,they can't talk .trust me it can be frustrating if you and your maid cannot communicate..

Anyone tried Eamos Employment Service at Upper Serangoon before? Was planning to get a Indo maid from them.

Can i check if it is a must/normal practice for employers to pay yearly bonus to maid year end? This is a 1 year maid with us…So far, i only pay 2 weeks pay and airfare(in cash) to my previous maids (after 2 years contract) if they do not go back for home leave…

Want to check about yearly bonus… Can someone advise me the normal or usual practices??
Nowadays, so many changes, cannot keep up…
