River Valley Primary

Hi, all
Happy New Year !
Anyone know how many RVPS P3 students has been selected to GEP in 2013.
:thankyou: -
Dear fellow parents, happy new year 2014 to you. Looks like there are more questions than replies on this forum! My little experience and encounters with RV have been positive. The teachers and office staff were warm, friendly and genuine.
I think Pei Hwa is definitely comparable. Sounds like a good option to switch over as your child will be less tired and very importantly, parents will have more time.
I think you probably need not worry too much about the kids missing their friends etc because kids adjust and make friends more readily than we think. I attended three primary schools and growing up, had always believed that these moves made me highly adaptable to new environments. -

My son transferred to RVPS this yr and is in P4, and i feel the teachers here are more responsive compared to his previous sch which is one of the very popular neighbourhood sch in the west. my son so far adapting well but blur due to new environment. but so far so good

Dear parents, may i check when do i apply for PV with River Valley Primary school, my DS is born on 2010. Also, we are actually staying between 1-2km, will it be deciding factor for PV?
PS: I emailed the school on the first week of January, but till date, got no reply from the school. -

Hi watermum, I've emailed the school too and the admin lady has called to say that I have to keep a lookout on the school website. They will release the PV info in May.Dear parents, may i check when do i apply for PV with River Valley Primary school, my DS is born on 2010. Just out of curiosity, why is RVPS becoming so popular? Sorry I'm pretty clueless. My elder daughter was born in 2010, was thinking of trying for SCGS but we are somewhat reluctant to move to Whitley area. That is, if they even accept me as a PV. I really hope that I can send my daughters to a girls' school.
We are within 1km from both RVPS and Alexandra Primary, I'm trying to find out more about these schools. Will be happy to hear about other parents opinions. -
Hi everyone…
Would like to keep in touch with parents of kids who are currently in P3 RVPS, to share tips, advice, resources to help our kids survive primary school. Do let me know if you are keen…
Thanks
