Another question, does HCI has Maths Team or Maths Club (not CCA) - that provides accelerated Maths / Math Olympiads / Maths competition? If so, what are the selection criteria? And is it available for the Year 1 boys?
Thank you! -

Yes, there is. In the past, the school conducted selection test in the beginning of Sec 1. Not sure if it is still the same for this year.Another question, does HCI has Maths Team or Maths Club (not CCA) - that provides accelerated Maths / Math Olympiads / Maths competition? By the way, to participate in SMO and other maths competition like AMC, HCI does not limit to those under special maths training. All are welcome to participate. -

Sorry for late reply. DS was mistaken. His class has 32 kids so I guess they are evenly distributed across the board.TravelMummy:
Ds is in ProEd. He told me that ProEd has smaller class sizes than other consortiums. Is that true? Anyone knows why that is?
My ds class has 33 students, yours? -

May I know what the advantages of joining the AEP program are? DS is asked to go for some selection test. I didn't think he has any artistic bone in him. I don't remember signing him up for such a program. What is it about anyway? :?

I am curious if this is a core CCA or it is a club that the boys can join as a 2nd CCA. This will be held every Friday and most people have their CCA on Friday. Great if anyone could enlighten me.
Thank you!
