You are already qualify under Phase 2B for Catholic school. Only one parent need to be produce the batism cert and child need not be batised. (according to MOE website).
To be 100% sure, just call the school you are interested in to ask.

At least for a few Catholic boys school I called all gave the same answer only 1 parent batism cert is required.

i submitted my SHKK membership form in Dec 2013 & did receive their acknowledgement and clearance of cheque. Till now, the membership not approved yet. Understand they will need to wait for some board meeting… so anyone know when is the next board meeting?

ehh... :scratchhead: i think you got confused... SHHK is Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan, a dialect group clan. Parent volunteer is volunteering your service at school. So, u have to go to the school's website, which u shortlisted and download the form. Its better u call up the school to find out more abt Parent Volunteer before u download the form. I think most school hasnt upload the form for this coming registration. I enquired from one school, their form will only be uploaded in july or aug.
