2014 P1 Registration Exercise for 2015 In-Take

We need some advice. We had overlook the PV registration last year due to our house shifting/reno,etc

Our DD will b gg P1 in 2015 and we are staying less than 1 km from Elias Park Pri. However other records seems to show White Sands and Pasir Ris Pri to be a better choice. For these 2 pri schools, we are about between 1-2km away.

Can we register for all 3 schools and see which one we get into?

For last yr 2013 Phase 2C
Pasir Ris Primary School- Balloting will be conducted for SC children residing within 1km of the
school.

White Sands Primary School-Balloting will be conducted for SC children residing within 1km of the
school.

For 2012 Phase 2C
Pasir Ris Primary School - Balloting will be conducted for SC children residing within 1km of the school.

White Sands Primary School - The school has places only for SC children residing within 1km of the school. No balloting will be conducted.

if you stay >1km, be prepared that you might not even have a chance to ballot.

Tampines Primary School-The school only has places for all SC children and those PR children residing within 1km of the school. No balloting will be conducted.

i don't really know Tampines Pri or Elias Park Pri sch...so can't advice...

But if you are from Tampines Pri, why not you register in Phase 2A first and later monitor/find out more on Elias Park Pri(if you really think distance is a major factor...at phase 2C withdraw from Tampines Pri and register with Elias Park Pri).

You may want to keep a look out for MOE Excel Fest 2014. Think it is sometime in April, iirc.
