I heard from my chuch member that my kids whom are baptized in the Presbyterian church can apply for 2B in Pei Hwa.

Just curious, on the 2B registration day, do I just pass their baptism cert or do i need some sort of document from the pastor for the enrollment?

Baptism cert should be enough, that is already a statement from the chuch, isn’t it?

no, you need a letter of recommendation from the pastor. if i am not wrong, you have to be an active member of the church serving in some ministry too.

Teacher has recommended my daughter to join the PHPPS Drama club (not the science expression). I wonder if any of your child has joined the club? Thanks for sharing your opinion.

              ooptimizer,

I got this title ‘Conquer Synthesis & Transformation’ for my son to practice. The other area he is weak in is Editing & Punctuation.

              Sharon,
Which level is your daughter in ? I guess her teacher must have found potential for her to join the drama club.

              Mummies with kids in P1,
Can I check with you regarding P1 English ? Understand there are no more textbooks for EL now. Did you get any reference books to teach your children ? Thanks for your advice.

Right. Kids' baptism cert is not nec, actually. Either parent has to be active baptised member of a presbyterian church and a letter from pastor is req'd.

                  Hi,

My DD is in phpps, P1 this year. Is there any CA1 for P1s? Does anyone know how the format will be like and what will be tested?

                  TIA! 😄

                    Hi mumof3,

You can refer to the Subject Weightings in the Homework Diary. There is no CA1 for the P1s.

Below are links to last year's SA1 and SA2 papers.

At the end of the year, the pupils will be banded according to the overall results to the different classes.
