Wanton Mee

Eat carefully, please don't \"choke\" eating the noodle.

VitoRelax:
There a third stall selling good wanton mee there - Kallang Wanton Mee along same row as Nam Sing Hokkien Mee. :celebrate:
Yup, should still be there.tree nymph:
wonder if anyone of you knows...
there used to be two nice wantan mee stalls at the old airport road market... need to take queue number to buy your noodles. are they still there?
One is called Hougang Wanton Mee, the other is called Cho Kee. ...
That said, both are good !! -
Okay, Apek, got the info for you.
The wantan mee stall that I have been telling you about :
Yi Shu Jia Shu Shi
Blk 209 #01-57 (Upper Deck)
Hougang Street 21
Singapore 530209
Remember it is the stall on the right side of the staircase up from Kovan Hub, not on the left, sandwiched between Ponggol Noodles and a Vegetarian Food Stall. They use light blue plates, not green ones. Plenty of parking lots at Kovan Hub (former bus interchange).
They will open till this Friday. Close all the way from 13 to 16 Feb and reopens on 17 Feb.
Happy Eating! -

Indeed, this is the stall that uses Sin Sin Chilli/Ketchup sauce. Here's their review at:Okay, Apek, got the info for you.

My preference is still the one at 51 Ming Fa, the stall on the left. The secret is in their chilli but go easy though cos it's rather spicy.

To each his own! :x You have your preference, I have mine! :x I AM NOT ASKING YOU TO CHANGE YOUR OPINION ABOUT THIS STALL! We are all entitled to our our taste for wantan mee, and besides, I was answering Vito's question and Yi Shi Jia is MY preference, that's all! :x

Gee, why get so emo & so angry?? There is nothing personal here. I'm just stating my preference, that's all. In fact, the link I gave earlier has a good review on the stall you've recommended - did you read it? You don't have to shout here, it's just so rude.
