So far I’ve only interacted with 2 of their teachers. They are nice and know their stuff. It’s the frontline staff that really need some training on basic courtesy and displaying professionalism. I’m quite a chin-chai person, so i just close one eye. But i believe MS may have turned many potential students away by their rudeness. I’m just speaking for the centre my kid attends, not sure about other centres.

Mindstretcher by far has the worst customer service, compared to other centres tat my kid is in. Thankfully the teacher is nice and approachable, else confirm pull out.

Agree too.[/quote]Me too..they treat parents like students..sometimes make us look stupid. But there are also some nicer one..I always get my gals to talk to those nicer one if they need to get help at the recep

Any parents have feedback on Writer Tool box for P1 & P2. Is it better to go for writer tool box or the english class? How is their maths class?

My child was in the p3 EL ha class before she was very demoralised after lesson. The vocabulary is very tough. Doubt a p5 would know how to do. The class size is small.
