Any Recommendation of a Good Maid Agency

Yes... smaller agency seems more bothered when we face problems. Last time I took from Nation and some another agencies... can't remember the name and every time I complain about the maid, they would ask If I wanna replace the maid. -_-\"Seems like newer agencies are providing better services than old timers now.. glad to hear personally i have just tried Raffles Employment services at Jurong east ..so far i am happy…. last time i used to go to the more established agencies but no point, they won't listen to you when you have problems.
Yes agreed to Diana that agencies in Indonesia don't train their maids,,unless they come from proper training centres,,thats what my agent shared with me….but my agent brings in the fresh maids and train herself personally for 1 week then send to employer house. Like mine also came fresh but wasn't blur kind.
Indo maids if go thru proper ones from Jakarta, proper trainings are provided. Heard from my agent those travelled in from Batam are usually thru \"by-left\" way. So no proper or zero training. But can arrive very quickly. -
but sometimes ah to think of it, can’t blame the agency also what ….agent see MOM record,do biodata ,later at least if the maid got problem agent should help,… my agent prefer to counsel the maid first,other agencies, tell you take replacement so they can push your old one out and get $$ again …
I am pretty happy with my agent cos I can call or SMS her to chit chat at night also no problem,she says all her employers are her friends hahhaa -
I think good maid agency should just help out when there is problem. For maid, they also do not have much control

Can try Advoco Employment Agency in Bukit Timah Shopping Centre.
My colleague got her Myanmar maid from them last year and seems that she’s quite satisfied. She used to have lots of complains on other maid agencies that she engaged before as she complained the staff were either rude and don’t respond when she called / gave bad attitude etc. However she said for this agency, the boss actually handle the calls on his own and always responded promptly and solved her initial communication issues with her Myanmar maid. She recently even told me this Myanmar maid which she took from them is the best she has ever hired before!
I am not satisfied with my Indon maid which I got from an agency in Grandlink Square last year and thinking of switching to Myanmar maid so likely trying this agency if my Indon maid pissed me off further… -
