During the open house, we actually get to see lessons being conducted. This is to give us an idea of how a typical school day is like.

Hi Tomyum, I tried to log in to mconline but it indicate no activites. How to I navigate to find out more?
tats strange…after you’ve log in, on the right column, u will see subjects like maths, chinese, malay, PE etc… you have to click to indivual subject…for example maths, it will come out sub-titles of the maths subjects where you can click on it… there are tutorials, activity… etc…
yes yes we got it. Think I log in before they upload the activities. My DD was going thru the activities duringthe weekends and she love it!
I Don see any tutorials. Is it only applicable for P2 only? -
Anyone has any update pertaining to the Radio DJ programs mentioned last year?

I did ask Mr Low abt this.. coz this was not mentioned during the recent V-day briefing. But he has assured that this programme is still in the pipeline. There was a delay due to some technical issues on the hosting etc. But yes.. this project is still going ahead!!!.. -

On a side note, my spouse just happened to see the spelling list for my P2 boy and commented that the words were difficult. Took a look at the list and was quite amazed to know that they learnt such words in P2. Just to quote a few like menacingly, humongous, snarling etc. Frankly, some of the words I did not know the meaning as well and had to goggle for it. :? Perhaps my English is not up to the standard yet. Ha Ha.
On the other hand, I am quite happy that I could learn together with my boy. Learning is a life long journey. Just wondering what I learnt when I was in P2...... Definitely not such words but that was donkey years ago. Time has changed, I guess and I need to move forward as well with time.

yes… i was shocked when i was preparing daughter for her spelling yesterday… "staring menacingly"… "something something talons"… wah… some i have problems pronouncing also… hahahahahhaa
but it was fun lah… hahaha -
true. quite difficult spelling, esp intimidate, humongous! glad I am not the lone parent who feels so! guess what will they give in upcoming terms!
