will be be a shorter process for subsequent ordering? i have a long booklist, hahaha...

Subsequent ordering may not be faster. I think it all depends on how busy they are, and whether they have stocks.

BTW, that time they shipped out fewer books than I paid for, but they refunded me quickly. Though I had to suffer small loss because of the difference in exchange rate.

Btw, I wrote an English email to them cos not sure how to phrase it in Chinese. Glad they understood my query... They replied in Chinese though...

I got my citibank cc and activate the online security pass. Used it to place order at dangdang, but keep getting this message \"a system error has occured' when dangdang direct me to the verified by visa page at citibank.


What's the problem here and how to rectify? It's the correct password leh! :?

Mummies who have ordered successfully, may I know how many times do we need to change password and try before order FINALLY get through?

Anyone using other cards and get through with one try only??? So far the other card is DBS Amex, but only one mummy tried it.

I experienced the same frustration every time I ordered. Note that you cannot try more than 3 times within 24 hours.

Also, each time the payment fails, you need to cancel the order and place a new order again.

Yes it is very frustrating. The problem is with the Citibank card. When I use this card to purchase tickets from golden village website, the exact same thing happens !

I am applying for the DBS Amex card now.

A lot of us are ordering books from Dang Dang. Anybody interested to do a bulk purchase using shipping company ? Will it be cheaper ?

Thanks Tamarind for the info. I will switch to Amex too. But it is so disappointing to have to wait for the citibank card, finally got it only to find that it is giving me so much problem when shopping at dangdang. Wasted my time, should have just go for the Amex in 1st place!

Someone is already doing it at the singaporemotherhood forum. Shipping is charged by the weight of your books. You must make full payment for the cost of your books first, then when the books arrive, you have to pay for the shipping charge.

I had a bad experience (with another spree organizer) of having to pay a lot of shipping charge because my books are heavy.

I also don't advise anyone to send money to people that you have not met before. I also organized sprees before (no time to organize now) so I know how easy it is to disappear with the money.

The safest is still to order on our own.
