Just back from DS parents briefing on Higher Chinese Langauge. Am pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the team of teaching staffs. …happy that DS is in good hands.

Seeing DS going thru’ E-learning yesterday, my observation is that they are ready and will support if the sch wish to implement that each student have their own laptop for their school works and school projects. I believe this will enhence the students’ IT savviness.

So happy to see a forum for this and would like to join in. I didn’t attend the cross country, cos I am not a good runner in the first place
yes I agree the school is quite on about sending sms to parents and pupils which i am happy about.

BTW, CAs are coming up next week. What are the preps you all have prepare for the kids? I want to get some assessment books (haven’t get any yet this yr :p) any recommendations which books are good? Do you think I have to buy for all subjects?:p

Hi all, I’m very happy to be a CCHM parent. Miracle did happen for my DD and she got in Sec 1IT just last week:) . Her first CCHM school day will be on coming Monday.

My DS just mentioned that a new student is joining his class next week. So coincidence to see your msg at this Forum. We are staying at Bukit Merah Area. My DS loves his class very much. I believe your DD will enjoy her stay. How come your DD join the school so late?

Yes I would say patience is a virtue and if there is a will there’s a way. It is a chalenge for my dd to join the school this late but she said she will make extra efforts. She loves the school so much. Does your ds take bus 16/33 or mrt to school?

CCHMS is a very nice school. We will receive regular school updates through sms very frequently. My hubby will drop him along Telok Blangah Rd every morning and he takes bus 30 to school everyday. He enjoys the daily ride which takes him about 30 mins to reach school.
