I think that not all monitors and prefects are the usual goodie goodie well behaved ones.. During my schooling days, there were some \"mischievous\" but rather smart kids being made to hold such responsibilities... I guess the teachers thot that these kids may be towed in by the \"monitor\" and \"prefect\" tags hehehe ...
