or since you're existing PV inside the school (very familiar with school premises) -
walk into Admin Office, ask the staff -
when they issue parents that Phase 1 form for Sibling, to fill in ?

If you miss the registration dateline for phase 1, you will register and (if necessary) ballot at the next phase lor.

No la, I'm talking abt the sibling form that given out by school before p1 registration, not the one u think of... Those who hav elder kids studying in pri school will know..

Yup will call the school n ask... I actually asked a fren of mine whose kid also in the same school (Same yrs as my ds1) buy She said she has no idea what form is that.. Zzz

Different sch may hv different practice. My dc's sch will issue the letter to existing parents thru the elder child just b4 June hols. Dun think admin office will issue upon request. Like that they will be very busy

It is a headache now for DH and I as the registration is just round the corner.

DS 1 is in Pei Chun and we are not sure if we should enrol DD2 to her elder's brother school under phase 1 or we should ballot in P2C for CHIJ Toa Payoh. We are staying within 1Km. DD3 is only 6 months old and if elder sis is in CHIJ, I will definitely enrol her in CHIJ in view of the affiliation to secondary school.

However, my greatest fear is that if I failed balloting in 2C, my daughter (by right should be in Pei Chun) will end up in FTPPS.

I will be really greatful if you could share your opinion. Thanks!

Stick to Pei Chun. (Phase 1 sibling)
Too risky to attempt balloting for CHIJ Toa Payoh (Phase 2C)
Your situation is different, from other parents.
If you don't have Pei Chun -
By all means try your luck balloting at CHIJ Toa Payoh.
But since Pei Chun is a good school, should not risk it.

End of P1 -
Submit Transfer request form(s) into both (CHIJ St Nicholas + CHIJ Toa Payoh) primary. Both schools are affliated to respective Secondary schools.
Prepare your dd, for Transfer.
Find out what niche area(s) or Talent, both \"All Girls\" schools desire.
See which Transfer offer comes first.

For example, the APP was around 90% for 2C in 2013, will it be higher in 2014? A way to estimate?
