Favourite Instant Noodles

Healthy version: Japanese udon or soba in their soya sauce. Cooks in 2 minutes, add a half boiled egg or Japanese fish cake plus sea weed.
Another healthy version(Italian): Angel hair spaghetti, cooks also in 2 minutes, heat up some olive oil and put garlic, herbs chilli and chicken stock. Add in some sea food or meat if desired. -

my fav is Tung 1 (Yi) too........I like Chu Qian Yi Ding noodle, the one with sesame flavour and also Tung Yi (abalone).
I also drain the water for the 1st round because the wax is not so healthy. But always remind the kids not to drink too much of the soup since the flavouring is filled with MSG.
remember once, ( few mths ago) the Tung Yi instant noodles were out of stock for sometime,
i searched high and low in all supermarkets.......till stock arrives
i don't put in the flavouring pack (use my own boiled soup) but love the onion oil. -

Unfortunately, I love the texture of instant noodles, darn. But yah, I try to boost the nutritional value by adding an egg and some seaweed, and I try to put very little seasoning. I also have fried garlic lying around, so that adds to the flavour too  .Healthy version: Japanese udon or soba in their soya sauce. Sometimes when we travel, we would pack in hot dog and braised peanuts plus our maggie noodles. Quite shiok.
A bit the same, when we travel, we like to add preserved 'chye sim' (they have those mini plastic packs in shop n save/ntuc) or braised peanuts in instant noodles.
My all time comfort instant noodles is Myojo Chicken..... -
