my P1 son came home today to tell his mother he was punched in the chest and had his hair pulled after he picked up a ball in the parade square during his recess break. we taught him that if ever he got into such things, to tell them to stop. according to him, he did say stop, but he had to make a run for it just for it to end.

i'm trying to stay calm, but I need to ask what do you suggest I do? I tried calling the form teacher's hp today, but no answer. Can I just go to school and ask about it? please advice
oh dear! Hope yr DS is okay. Is the upper primary boys? cos usually those upper primary boys will play with balls before assembly & during recess time. U can inform the tçher but i dun think they can do anything unless yr boy can recongnise the culprit. U may also tell yr DS to remember the name on the name tag & inform his form tçher immediately after the incident happen. For me, I told my DS to go down for assembly only after the bell rings..& stay in group during recess time to avoid bullies.

any culprit he can point to? If yes, can go all the way to the principal...

If not, you can only feedback to the form teacher for info... Need to tell him if such thing happened look for any teacher to run to... Else can run to the teacher room for help...

Every level has bully/bullies, not necessary from upper pri boys bullying lower pri boys.

My boy during his lower mid pri got bully during PE lesson right under the nose of teacher and teacher did not notice. Even my boy tell teacher, teacher also thought is children \"masa masa\" play play only. Sometime like this have to \"settle offline\".

Also that same year, same class, my boy's favourite toy kanna stolen. This time my boy (introvert) knows who the culprit and he got so angry until \"his hair caught fire\" and scolded the boy right in front of teacher. Lucky the teacher found the evidence hidden outside the classroom. There are eye witness in the class. How do I know, the teacher told us. I also use this opportunity to lecture my boy not to bring toys to school.

This morning saw them playing… seems very rowdy… even when the ball rolled to the canteen, one of the boy just went there and kicked directly without bothering that a lot of people eating and walking in and out. Almost hit 1 boy and his mother…

If really invited should be consider as talented… Go for it.

My DS returned the choir form on 19Jan and stated that will issue schedule by 26Jan. Till now no news hence I dropped mail to HOD CCA. Guess what? The form missing. And now the enrolment for choir closed already have to wait till April… Dunno where went wrong
