As my new BTO at Senja Road will only be ready by 4QTR 2014, can I use the new address to enrol my child for the P1 registration? What documents will you need from us? We are currently staying at another temporary address and it will be unfair if we have to use our current temp address to register.

I have purchased a yet-to-be completed property and should be moving in after the property is completed. Can I make use of the new home address for the purpose of registration?

Yes.

The new home address can be used provided that you are able to produce evidence from the relevant authority that you have committed to the purchase of this property.

In the case of private property, you must produce the original Sales and Purchase Agreement. For the 2014 Primary One (P1) Registration Exercise, the date of commitment by the developer in the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) must not be later than 31 December 2016.

In the case of Housing & Development Board (HDB) flat, the Agreement for Lease is required. For the 2014 Primary One (P1) Registration Exercise, the Delivery Possession Date must not be later than 31 December 2016.

In addition, you have to sign a letter of undertaking to move into the new property within two years of the child's entry into P1.

Thank you for your great interest in our calligraphy enrichment class. Like Wu Shu / Lion Dance, due to over-whelming response, selections will have to be conducted for calligraphy. More information will be provided to you in due course.

The instructor has just completed the Wu Shu / Lion Dance selections last week. Parents will be notified of the outcome soon.

Although my DD is not in this school, I happen to navigate this thread when I see the reply from West Spring Pri Sch. As a parent, I am impressed with the concerted effort made by the school to reach out to the parents in this manner.
