(Hi Kohjl, wonder if we \"see\" each other there at times? 😄 )

My DS is also at Math Arena. Have joined them since they started out in Bedok. I was very new to Math Olympiad thus did not know much about centres that provide such training. Math Arena's reputation (from Math Hub) attracted me and we tried it out without any referral. I was assured of their consistency in trainers and programme as it is part of Math Hub and not a franchise.

Never regret a single bit. DS enjoys himself so much that he pestered for more lessons during the holidays! He has also learnt alot, beyond what I thought he could comprehend.

I am considering to send my DD either to Maths Oasis or Maths Hub for Olympiad Maths training… which centre provides better training?

Has anyone heard of Global Education Centre at Goldhill Plaze?

They also have Olympiad maths course.
Is the centre good? Does anyone know?

For parents with children participating in SMOPS this year,

HCI just uploaded some sample questions recently.

If your child misses the deadline for signing up for math olympiad courses, i offer 1 on 1 training or on-demand sessions to clarify topics/problems. Look here

Are these papers meant for primary schools' kids? I can't seem to solve any at all. :x

Hmm Its the SMOPS, so it is indeed. Even though they are for primary school students, anyone probably has to concentrate like them, like really think hard to solve.

Thinking hard is definitely insufficient. I guess there must be some methods to solve this type of problems esp \"how many zeros in the number 1234567891011....20042005\".

Sigh... my level of maths is not even up to primary school's standard.
