There are many types of fatty acids and one family of them is called Omega-3.

          hquek:
I tried the Nordic naturals cod liver oil softgels - my son hated it. He doesn't even take when I tried dissolving in Ribena.

Strange thing is that he loves Scotts Cod Live Oil - the white one. :?:
I would stare at my son with amazement as he gulps down the white Scotts emulsion oil without giving it a thought. Fortunately, complete-disgust-at-smelly-white-cod-liver-oil is not a hereditary trait.

I am feeding my boy this one.

If you read the product reviews, some reviewers say that it helps to improve their kids focusing abilities.

My boy seem to learn faster and can focus better after he started taking this product šŸ˜„

            hi tamarind,

as mentioned in the website that each serving size is 4 softgels. would like to ask how many softgels do you give to your children daily? do you give 4 softgels all at one time of the day? thanks!

Sorry I missed out this question. Forgot to check this thread.

I gave my boy 4 softgels everyday. My boy doesn't mind taking all 4 at the same time. But I think it is OK to take 2 after lunch, and 2 after dinner.

I know the Hock Hua Chinese Medicine Hall sell them. They go by the UMF value. More info http://manukahoney.com/resources/umf.html

I heard that you cannot use metallic spoon to scoop the honey as it destroy some of its property, use only plastic spoon.

Manuka Honey is quite ex, like 20-30+ for a small bottle and I've seen it at Giant IMM.

For myself, my DD has been taking BRANDS products after she turns 3. I've given her the immunity boaster and Brain stimulation DHA...Once u buy their products and become a Junior member, during their b'day or special occasion like xmas, their discounts is quite attractive with free delivery. I will usually stock up during that time. Since taking the boaster, good to share that my child hardly falls sick now. šŸ˜›

                        Merry Xmas!! šŸ˜„
