Is Wikipedia good enough for your purpose?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extradition is the official process whereby one country transfers a suspected or convicted criminal to another country.
(i.e. not necessarily to the criminal's place of origin.)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Repatriation is the process of returning a person to their place of origin or citizenship. This includes the process of returning refugees or military personnel to their place of origin following a war.

So I may say that the expat will be repatriated to his country after the end of his employment contract.

The expat in question is definitely not being extradited. 😄
