I think the only way to recommend a good agency is by experience. I have 2 maids. Both are from different agencies. Both agencies were small. Its good because they will not be too occupied with other issues. As for me, whether big agencies or small agencies, apart from their revenue its the same when come to reliability. There is no such thins as big agencies will not shut down because they are big or small agencies will shut down because they are small. It all depends on the demerit points MOM issues for mistakes committed. There are already a few big agencies that closed down because their licence has been revoked because of demerit points. So, its up to you to select the agency you think is good. From the time the sales consultant answers your call till the time you sign the contract you will know who you are dealing with. At the end don’t blame anyone else other then you. My second maid was from A4maids.com. Their sales personals are very polite and honest to me. Till now they have been in touch. But my other agency has not called me since I got the maid from them. I recommend you take maids from a4maids and prove me wrong.
