I think Rosyth School will need to ballot at P2A2. My neighbour is going to register her son tomorrow (P2A1) and her second boy will auto get in Rosyth 2 years later.

Is p2a2 for kids who are eligible for p1 with no siblings/ parents are not volunteers?
