Think not applicable to primary school. Any laptop/iPad will do.. and those without internet or PC at home can use the one in school.

I believe the PV scheme in general is meant for those who is \"1 year before registration\". So meaning those who sign up this year for the PV will have to clock the 40hrs before they register their kids for P1 next year.
