Hi All,


Is anyone has been successful sign up the PV for year 2016?
Call to one of the school and ask and I being told that too early and ask me to wait to early of next year… can anyone can share their experience on this? Thanks…

Does anyone knows whether RGPS and SCGS accept PV that stays more than 2km?

Yes, RGPS has always been accepting SC PV, more than 2 km.


last year (2013) -
all SC PV got in, including > 2 km.

(not sure about SCGS)

not sure if Henry Park will select SC to be PV : once they stay > 2 km.

actually, not advisable to do PV at Henry Park, if you stay > 2 km.

because in Phase 2B (2013) -
balloting occurred for SC PV : less than 1 km.

So, even if > 2km do PV, you've no chance to even ballot.
you can only put your child on Wait list, hoping for vacancy to arise one day.

but i guess if 1 km SC already balloting then no point.

Anyone dining pv for RGPS? Saw the website tat can submit application forms for gals born in 2010 and I am interested to give a shot. But not very sure abt the proposal part. Can someone enlighten me on what kind of proposal is RGPS looking for?

I can tell you what RGPS doesn’t want for a proposal cos I was rejected last year. Haha. One was on Chinese and one was on art/photography.

Anyone knows if we can register with River Valley Primary as PV for child born in 2010? We are living between 1-2km away from the school. There is nothing mentioned on PV in the school website. Tks.
