Can someone enlighten me?
When the results is out on 6 Aug, is that the day the balloting takes place? -

It may be wiser to register at APS instead of ZDPS in Phase 2C to secure a place (Higher Chance) assuming you are staying along Jalan Membina.
Heading in during Phase 2C at ZDPS mean balloting. If balloting unsuccessful, the only school which could still be available are GESPS & BRPS. But again you guys need to check your distance against these 2 schools whether is still at 1km range?
Wish you all the best. -

Well guess most school would conduct balloting on 4 or 5 Aug in which I assuming balloting would not be conduct on Sat & Sun.Can someone enlighten me?

Therefore the announcement of the balloting result would be on 6 Aug 14.
Better to secure National Day, if not really have to sing \"Count on ...\" :xedfingers: -

Assuming if ballot unsuccessful then we will have to wait till Phase 2CS to register again?

My colleague mentioned few years ago when she had her balloting, those who were not successful went straight to another school which has vacancy to register. -

You will have to wait for the start of P2CS to register. However, some schools allow you to put your name in the waitlist because they assume you will get your child a place in another school during P2CS.Assuming if ballot unsuccessful then we will have to wait till Phase 2CS to register again?

Hi, thanks for your advice. But, if the chances of being selected is more than 80% for Zhangde Primary school for Sg Citizen within 1 km, I believe I wd still opt for Zhangde since I still prefer it over Alexandra Primary school. I guess in life, taking a calculated risk at times can't be avoided. :xedfingers:
If really we are so unlucky to be not selected, I wd then aim for either Gan Eng Seng Primary School or Cantonment Primary school in Phase 2C Supplementary. We are afterall Sg Citizen within 2km of these 2 schools. -
Hi, just curious and asking for opinions.
Assuming both schools have equal chance of getting in and home-sch distance is not an issue, between APS and Radin Mas Pri, which school will you choose for your child? -

I’m interested in finding out more about CHIJ Kellock too. Saw on the school’s website that they have a number of interesting events, but don’t personally know any friends who have daughters there who can provide some insights…
