I think it was a miscommunication on the part of the admin staff. I put in an email enquiry re: the notification for round 2, a few days back, and I got the reply "Shortlisted candidates for phase 2 will be notified by 2 Aug." It is deliberately vague, but I guess it suites the school’s DSA selection process.
… so don’t lose hope. I’m sure a happy parent will let us know when s/he gets the good news. -
