how do one knows which day is the balloting exercise to be conducted? varies from school to school or same across all affected schools under the same phase?
Hong Wen's balloting is on Friday...starting at 10 am....not sure if it's the same across all affected school... -

So demoralizing leh...GRLs got a lot of power hor, so many schools to choose from.
Now is only 12 noon, first day of 2B.tansg:
Henry Park is 12 only this morning (20 vacancy) - this is the first time in Henry Park for recent years to have no balloting - last year's measure working clearly!
GRC who can go for either schools should definitely look at Henry Park !
Too soon to conclude anything.
Normally, on first day, GRL will not take action.
They will size up the situation, based on tonight report coming from MOE.
They are like eagles flying in the sky, assess the situation in each school first, because they can choose any school, within the same constituency.
Those who enrol on first day of 2B are normally the PVs in the school.
They had already clocked the hours required, so can enrol already.
From past years trend -
Henry Park : a lot of people will come after 2.30 pm, last day of 2C.
After they have sized up the situation.
The same apply to Nanyang, as they belong to the same Holland-Bukit Timah GRC.
