now. We've seen every possible corner within the vicinity of the girls'
school... every 4rm/5rm/Exec Apt/Exec Maisonette! Every corner! &
let's not just talk about sky high valuation at this booming moment,
the COV are seriously EXORBITANT!!! :!: There are people looking @
40k to 60k COV for a 4rm unit and there isn't even a diamond in the
house!

I missed out on one good house deal (the flat is nice, on good floor good scenery good location - not far from my kids' school). Initially owner wanted to rent out then they changed their mind but didn't think of informing us, then we ask if they wanna sell, but sold one day before we ask. :stupid: :stupid:

Then again, even if we secure a unit for ourselves now.. this current plc
is also giving us headache. What with property prices booming we gotta
keep up... there's also listening to the ILs keep asking for $. Sigh.

Looking at condo in a few years time, when prices aren't so peaking.
For now i'd be lucky to even find a 3-room unit! Most likely HDB. And
dun mind 4 or 5rm or EA or even EM as long as the COV is affordable.
Hard cash lei. And we're still looking at west area. No details. :lol:

Will not rule out north if the conditions are right. My folks in the north.

Possible to sell the existing plc to your PILs? That way they dun have to shift and you need only to hunt for 1 flat/apt instead of 2.

Oh i see. Too many to tell. Some oso a lil personal.

Suffice to say, never ending IL problems eventually
contributed to marital problems. Marital problems
then became a serious problem.. so i'm just giving
this final chance for hubs to prove that he really
wants this marriage and this family that he has had
a hand in building it up for the past decade. The 1st
thing to do to start anew is to get out of this place
that has given me 10 years of heart ache... many...
many bad memories.. painful memories.. that easily
overshadowed the few good ones..
