Lady Fifi:
No one can share the withdrawal process?
Just go to the admin counter of the current school and withdraw. Then go to the other school and apply. If you are thinking of watching numbers till the last moment, then you must decide by around 3pm on the last day. Coz the system closes at 4.30pm and there could be a long queue.
So risky.... worth to risk? -
pretty sure will get in at P2B but it is not the preferred school... the preferred one will require balloting at P2C. we moved within 1km to the preferred school so thinking of giving it a shot!
Already have a place but want to take a chance on balloting :siao:
which school are you in already? mind sharing?
my phrase don't start until next week. Hence to me if a place is already secured i won't try to take a chance. Is the difference really that big for primary schools. -

So risky.... worth to risk?
To me, not worth the risk if you already have a good school in hand. Unless the other school confirm no ballot, then that's a diff story lah...cherrygal:

Can someone advise me. If I apply under phase 2C for School A and did not get the school, then I apply for School B under 2C supplement, can I put my name on waiting list for School C which I did not apply for? When do we normally put our name on waiting list? After 2C or after 2C supplement? The schools around my house all requires balloting based on past trend. Iām now trying to understand so that I know what to do in a worse case scenario. Thank you in advance.

You can only put yourself on waitlist only after you have secured a school for your child. So if you child is unsuccessful in 2C, you need to wait until 2C supplementary results before you can put your child on waitlist for transfer.
Hope this helps. -

... phew! I sound like presenting a Maths problem sum question. :rotflmao:
If you think this is bad, wait till your child encounters the \"chicken feet\" maths problem in Pri 2.
So true so true. -

Thanks for the clarification. So means I can put under waitlist even though I have not applied for that school in the earlier phases?iamsnow:
