Now that you mention, my DS in P4 also did not receive any circular to register. Hmm...Strange - my child in P4 also never received the notification to register.

Hmm.. Am not the only one.
But strangely, some signed up and some, like us, are unaware.
So am wondering if they were selected to sign up instead?
I always thought it is open to every student. So this year, when I did not receive the registration notice, I thought the school was too busy with the move and thus, doing away with the ICAS completely.

Have not received too from my P4 gal too…

Haha..
good thinking..
Friends used to ask if studying in Tao Nan stressful..
I think it all depend on the attitude of parents and the child.
For my child, she doesn't seem to find it stressing because she does not compare herself with other kids in the class. She does not go around and ask how many marks the others score.
Sometimes, I would ask her how her classmates fare in the papers just to have a feel of the difficulty of the papers, she would just shrug off and say she never ask.
Well, luckily her results weren't too bad so far....
So sometimes I think its good too that she doesn't give herself too much pressure. A lot of times, we are the ones who give ourselves the stress! -

Same here. DS always come back with no or minimal homework - but I nv got any phone calls from his teachers that he didnt do his work, so I presume he is ok. He's also the bochap type so no stress for himHaha..
